Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Gennii Vendors by Blendora Services Pvt. Ltd:
1. Vendors registered as Gennii with Blendora Services Pvt. Ltd can avail a refund within 7 days before payment if they choose to cancel their subscription.
2. The refund policy applies specifically to vendors paying for marketing services to promote their business through Gennii.
3. Vendors must notify Blendora Services Pvt. Ltd of their intention to cancel the subscription at least 7 days prior to the payment due date to be eligible for a refund.
4. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
5. Any marketing services already provided or utilized by the vendor will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used by the vendor for the subscription.
7. The refund policy is only valid for the specific subscription payment related to Gennii marketing services and does not apply to other services offered by Blendora Services Pvt. Ltd.
8. Blendora Services Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at their discretion, and any changes will be communicated to the vendors in advance.
