Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Gennii account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

Delete from the Gennii app

  1. Open the Gennii app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm your password and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is anonymised.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, email yourgenni@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We'll verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Profile and contact details (name, email, phone).
  • Identity verification (KYC) documents.
  • Saved bank details and payment QR code.
  • Two-factor authentication secrets and backup codes.
  • All active sessions and push-notification device tokens.

After deletion your data is anonymised and you can no longer sign in with the account.

What is retained, and for how long

To meet legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations, and to preserve the integrity of the referral network for other members, we retain the following in an anonymised form (no longer linked to your identity):

  • Transaction, wallet, and commission history.
  • Your (anonymised) position in the referral network so members below you are unaffected.

These records are kept only as long as required by applicable law and then removed.
