2. Membership and Earnings

Participation in our network marketing program is voluntary. Earnings are based on the sale of products/services and the growth of your network. We make no guarantees regarding potential income.

You agree to present the NexusMLM opportunity truthfully and not to make false or misleading claims about potential earnings.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or hack the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexusMLM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
